It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ioannis (John) Verogos on December 15, 2025, at the age of 78.
His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at St. Demetrios Orthodox Church, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John’s memory to St. Demetrios Orthodox Church.

I have many fond memories of working with John on his many musical journeys. He was always looking to create and learn new technology to express himself musically as well as keeping his Greek musical heritage alive and well.
